One such leader is Jordan Diedrich, the Executive Director of Twin Cities Development.

For nearly two years, Jordan has been an integral part of our foundation’s efforts, bringing his experience in economic and workforce development to our mission. His commitment to youth empowerment extends beyond his role with Snow-Redfern. He played a pivotal role in creating Career Connections of Western Nebraska, a program designed to bridge education and industry, providing young people with pathways to meaningful careers. Today, his team at Twin Cities Development serves as the lead agency for Career Connections, ensuring that Nebraska’s youth have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
